Villa 44 is almost there. As of Tuesday 20th June 2016 this will be complete inside to come and view. Two bedrooms, double garage, lovely North facing aspect, standalone plan.
The drain that once navigated the length of the Maltworks land, is now re-directed around the side of our boundary, as a beautifully planted swale. We have used native plantings to line the swale, along with attractive rocks and all the essential geo-technical coverings that are required by council. The recent rains in April have tested this swale, and it performed above expectations.
